2017 Registered participants and vendors will pick up their completed registration packets on Friday, September 22nd, 2017, beginning at 8:00 AM at the Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club, 4643 Buck Springs Road, Pinetop, AZ 85935. Vehicles will NOT be allowed onto the Country Club Show grounds prior to picking up the registration packet.
All years of Classic or Special Interest Vehicles are invited to join the Cavalcade of Cars Parade. No pre-registration is necessary to participate in the Cavalcade of Cars Parade.
from the LDS Church parking lot on the Deuce of Clubs (at SR 260 & US 60, as you enter Show Low) and the Cavalcade will continue on SR 260 through Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside all the way to the Hon-Dah Resort Casino south of Pinetop– Lakeside. Traffic control will be provided by several local law enforcement agencies.
NO CANDY may be thrown from any vehicles. NO displays of speed allowed. Law Enforcement will be strictly enforcing the rules.
Many people choose a spot along the Cavalcade route to watch the cars as they go by. Many of the Cavalcade cars are also available to admire afterwards at the Hon-Dah Resort Casino parking lot on Friday evening.
There is a low cost BBQ dinner and an entertainment show at the Hondah Casino on Friday evening after the Cavalcade of Cars have arrived at the Casino. Hotel and restaurant accommodations are available throughout the White Mountains area.
Registered car show participants receive two complimentary BBQ dinner tickets when they pickup their registration packet on Friday.
We will begin admitting registered participant vehicles onto the show grounds at 7:00 am, weather permitting.
On Saturday the 550 registered vehicles are available to view on the show grounds from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and there are food, drink, and numerous vendor booths and activities for your enjoyment around the show grounds at the Pinetop Lakes Country Club.
For everyone’s safety, no private golf carts or bicycles will be allowed on the show grounds. There quite simply is not enough space for any vehicles other than the show cars.
On Sunday morning there is a non-denominational church service starting at 8:00 am. The cars are present and are available to view on the show grounds from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon. The awards presentations and raffle drawings begin at 12:00 noon.

Car show entries are limited to Pre-1973 vehicles.
Due to space limitations, entries are limited to 550 vehicles.

Entries are registered on a first received, first registered basis ONLY through the US Post Office.
We will mail out the registration packets on May 1, 2017.
There are no pre-registrations, electronic registrations or notifications.
Otherwise, to be added to mailing lists for shows beyond 2017, please provide us with your current mailing address prior to the mailing deadline each year.
